PRTR's current growth rate is approximately 1.2% per month, turnover in 2007 was 310 million Baht, turnover in 2008 was 390 million Baht, turnover in 2009 was 440 million Baht and our targeted turnover in 2010 is 570 million Baht. The key to our expansion and success is focused on the quality of our staff. To maintain our staff quality, we actively encourage entrepreneurial thinking from all levels within our organisation. We target establishing 2 new business profit centers per year and promote the right staff quickly offering them the chance to put their ideas into practice and ensure their loyalty by allowing them to own a percentage of their idea.
