Due to the predominantly manufacturing nature of companies in the Eastern Seaboard, PRTR-ES has developed the Technical Recruitment Services, which, using a separate and specifically designed people search database, offers technical staff at all levels within the Eastern Seaboard. The Technical Recruitment Services is operated by 2 senior management staff within the PRTR-ES team. These Managers worked previously for large European technology companies and subsequently have proven ability and experience providing technical staff in the engineering and IT environment. This allows PRTR-ES, in our opinion, to be the first HR Services company to specifically address the Eastern Seaboard’s unique HR requirements rather than viewing them as a subsidiary part of a Bangkok operation.
